Yes, it’s all included in our end to end leasing services.  Properties we represent get rented faster which means our services often pay for themselves, while saving you time and effort.

What is your “Money Back Guarantee”?

Try out our Property Management Services for up to three months and if you’re not completely satisfied for ANY reason, we’ll give you a complete refund of all property management fees.  We’re confident you’ll love our service.

How much do your services cost?

It’s free to list your Novato rental property on our site.  Our leasing/tenant placement service fee is two weeks of rent, and our full property management is 7% or the gross rents collected.
