We can't say enough about Adam. He's always given us honest and detailed advice even if the advice didn't benefit him. It's so nice knowing that someone else is taking care of things with the same care and attention to detail that we would. We highly recommend him.

We recently met Adam at a rental open house in Novato, and were so impressed by his knowledge that we ended up asking his advice about another rental we'd found on Craigslist and seen the day before. The owner was asking for some unusual things and he offered to verify who the owner was to make sure it wasn't a scam. He got back to me that same day with a host of information and had even followed up with the other owners previous Realtor to make sure everything was legit. I was moving from the East Coast to be closer to family and found Adam and Novato Rentals through a listing on Zillow.
